1) Prefer strong family support - solid foundation.

2) Prefer people who have owned their own business before.

3) Strong financial standing - good credit.

4) No absentee ownership. Primarily owner/operators. Must at least manage business "hands on".

5) Prefer long term goals - those who see themselves as eventually full time.

6) Prefer Franchisees who do not go full time immediately unless they

     (A) Start with a full time investment (more than 10 freezers) or,

     (B) Have substantial income to fall back on.

7) Prefer people who don’t "have to" borrow entire initial investment- although someone may opt to leverage.

8) Believe in our products.

9) Prefer management and sales background.

10) People who believe in themselves.

11) People who are well thought of in their community.

12) People who are decision-makers.

13) People who are enthusiastic positive thinkers.

14) Prefer people who have flexible work hours.

15) People who are not afraid of hard work.

16) People who plan to put the income from their business back into the business for at least 3-5 years to build the business.
