Instructions:  Blend wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl, slowly add dry ingredients. Add mixture to the pie shell. Bake in medium oven until almost done. Sprinkle top of cake with shredded coconut, and bake until golden brown on top and firm in the middle. Serve with whipped cream.
