Instructions: Preheat
oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 cake
pan. Mix cake mix (reserving 1 cup for later), egg,
and melted buter. Press mixture lightly into
bottom of pan. Mix pumpkin, beaten eggs,
brown sugar, milk, and pumpkin pie spice. In a food
processor or nut chopper, chop ½ of
the package of nuts. Add chopped nuts to
mixture and mix well. Pour mixture into cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove pan from oven and
sprinkle remaining nuts over top. Return pan to oven
and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Makes 12
