 MARBLED FRUITFULL® CAKE

 

 

 Ingredients:  

1 cup of Egg Starts (or any other healthy egg alternatives)

4 Tbsp light brown sugar

2 Tbsp molasses

˝ cup vegetable oil

2 Strawberry cream Fruitfull® bars

1 Lemon Fruitfull® bar

2 cups all purpose flour

11/2 tsp baking powder

3 Tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 3600F. Generously grease and flour a ring pan.

In a large mixing bowl beat the egg substitute, brown sugar, molasses, and vegetable oil until light and creamy. Add Fruitfull® bars (softened and mixed) and mix well. Add flour and baking powder and mix on low speed until well blended.

Pour half of the mixture into prepared ring pan. Add cocoa powder into the rest of the mixture and mix to blend. Pour dark mixture on the top the first one and bake 45-50 minutes or until firm to the touch. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool, then dust with confectioners’ sugar. Serve.
