Instructions:
Blend pudding mix and crème cheese until smooth. Stir in cream bars,
pineapple and 3/4 of the Cool whip. Spoon mixture into individual dessert
cups. Place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours to set. Before serving top with
remainder of Cool whip and pineapple. Sprinkle with granola. Top with mint
leaves.
Serves 4-6
