Quick White Chocolate Mix

1 package Jamaican Me Crazy cranberry mix

1 package Calypso Cashews
12 oz. white chocolate.

Instructions: Put white chocolate in microwave safe bowl and microwave 1 minute.  Stir well until smooth.  (you can microwave more at 10 second intervals if chocolate isn't melted.)  Add fruit and nuts to bowl and stir until mixed.  Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.  Let cool and enjoy!
