Noteworthy New Novelties

Happy & Healthy Products Inc., Boca Raton, Fla., recently rolled out a frozen dessert bar that opens a new market segment in the novelty category, the company says.   It's neither ice cream nor a frozen fruit bar.  Happy Indulgence® bars are made with real fruit, fresh cream and graham crackers.  Flavors include Berry Cobbler, Cappuccino Biscotti, Key Lime Pie and Peach Cobbler.  The bars are sold individually at a suggested retail price of $1.35 - $1.99.
