Linda Kamm, President

Hi there!  My name is Linda Kamm and I am the founder of our company, Happy & Healthy Products, Inc.  I personally would like to thank you for visiting our website and, of course, eating our fabulous Fruitfull® fruit bars and other products.  We truly appreciate your loyalty and we welcome all of your suggestions and comments.  Please email us (behappy@happyandhealthy.com) since one of the best things about our business is hearing from our consumers.

I am truly blessed because I work with great people.  It’s a team effort to bring our delicious products to you.

My H&H staff is the most dedicated, hardworking (and fun-loving) group of people in the world.  Everyone at the production  factory does an outstanding job making our great products. Our franchisees “bend over backwards” to offer the highest customer service possible.  Our Fruitfull® Family wants everyone to Be Happy & Healthy®!

I am also blessed because I married my best friend.  It’s a “mixed marriage” though, because I am a Georgia Bulldog and my husband is a Florida Gator.   We enjoy all kinds of sports and I especially like to participate in golf and fishing.  I /we love cooking, gardening, traveling, entertaining, and collecting shells on the beach.  But mostly, we just love hanging out with our family and friends.

 

Len Murray, Vice President of Operations

My main responsibilities at H&H are network administrator, manufacturing & quality control, equipment support (freezers, carts, etc.), video communications and developing product packaging for new and existing products.

I also work closely with each new franchisee to plan out the best path to tailor their delivery and storage aspects of the business to meet their goals. Happy & Healthy has a wide range of franchisees operating from small apartments and cars for delivery to large warehouses with full size freezer trucks. My experience as a franchisee (my parents and I shared a franchise for 3 years) gives me the ideal background for such a task.

Living in Florida for the past 30+ years has given me the opportunity to enjoy lots of outdoor activities, year round, such as football, tennis, swimming etc. I also enjoy playing guitar (poorly) as well as many other hobbies. If anyone would like to know what it’s like to be a franchisee as well as what H&H offers as a franchisor just give me a call!

 

Tabitha Locke, National Sales and Marketing Manager

Howdy!!

As the National Sales and Marketing Manager for H&H, I am responsible for speaking with potential franchisees regarding our fun and flexible franchise opportunity.  I also maintain our current National Accounts, Direct Sales Accounts, and work hard to open new ones.

I’m originally from the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Yes, the mid-west, so I may call you ma’am or sir, or even say y’all every now and then, but don’t worry, I haven’t scared anyone yet!  I am blessed to have a wonderful husband, Adam and I am a proud mother of a one year old daughter, Lila Louise.  I am also an animal lover and included in our family is our dog Tucker, and our cat Bea.

In my spare time, although I don’t have much is spent getting pedicures and taking walks.  Besides work, my days are filled with giggles and kisses from Lila and the occasional game of chase through the house with the dog.  I am truly fortunate.

 

Rita Hammett, Director of Communications

Hello, everyone!  Need a hand with an advertising idea or promotional story?  How about a tour around our website?  Want to share a suggestion or an idea for improvements?  I’m your gal.

Born and raised in southern Alabama, I spent a few years in Georgia before migrating to southern Florida in 1998 and, barring the occasional hurricane, I love it!  And working for Happy & Healthy is the icing on the cake — or I should say, the chocolate coating on the fruit bar.

When not enjoying myself at the H & H office, I write essays and short stories, read almost anything I can get my hands on, sew Renaissance costumes, and spend time with my now grown-up daughter, Tonia.  I also have a cat-in-a-dog-suit (AKA, a Chihuahua) named Sunni.  His hobbies include napping in my lap, eating, and dragging me out for regular walks around the neighborhood.

 

Rosemary Harris, Compliance Director

I like to describe myself as a British born Swiss national with US citizenship, which might possibly explain why I speak with a funny accent.  Besides my native English I speak French, German and Swiss German dialect.

Working with Linda (our President) and H&H is very rewarding and lots of fun. Who else gets to eat those wonderful Fruitfull® bars all day long – besides the H&H staff, franchisees and our consumers of course!

As Compliance Director, I make sure that all of our legal documents and certifications are in order. I am also working on expanding distribution of all of the wonderful H&H products into international markets. We are awarding international distributorships directly to large food distributors, chains or brokers in lieu of franchising. We are currently exporting to Canada, Hong Kong, and the UK and are in negotiations with a number of other countries as well. And last but not least I am the Convention coordinator which is a lot of fun.

In my spare time I make my own clothes, and enjoy reading, listening to music and going for long walks or taking exercise classes.

 

Rita Veras, National Franchise Sales Director

Hi, I’m Rita!

I was born in South Florida and was mainly raised here with the exception of a few years spent under the beautiful blue skies of the Dominican Republic. Being raised in a Hispanic household has taught me the importance of unity, family and responsibility, so be assured that I will take care of you 100% of the way and always have what’s best for you in mind! If you ever require Spanish assistance, yo hablo español! I’m also learning Portuguese so I hope to be of assistance to you with that soon!

When I’m not out promoting our healthy and delicious products to you, I can either be found relaxing in the company of my family and close-knit group of friends or at home reading and watching classic movies. Breakfast at Tiffany’s and Sound of Music are of some of my favorites! And don’t get me started on the History channel—I’m addicted! I love to cook, bake and go Latin dancing on the weekends. As a personal goal, I’m currently working on my dream trip to Ireland & Scotland for some time next year.

I look forward to working with you and here’s to the start of a Fruitfull® new relationship!

 

Rona Doyle, Accounting Administrator

I am very excited to be a part of the Happy & Healthy Products, Inc. family.  My experience shows that a satisfied Customer is crucial to a successful business and my favorite saying is “A mistake only becomes an error if left uncorrected”.

If you get the chance to speak with me, you may find a slight accent or a few words said differently as I am from Western Canada.  I have a few hobbies that include winemaking, stitching, gardening, reading and relaxing at the beach. But the most rewarding time I spend outside the office is with my husband Rob, daughter Rhea, and son Rylan.

 

Leny Beltran, Sales & Marketing Manager

Hola!

My name is Leny Beltran and I am the newest frozen fruit bar flavor here at the Happy and Healthy Fruitfull® family!  When I am not busy being a Happy and Healthy consumer, I am a sales and marketing consultant.  It is my job to make sure our delicious products tickle as many taste buds as possible.  I work closely with potential franchisees by providing any information and assistance they may need during the decision-making process.  I am also responsible for training new franchisees and making sure their Happy and Healthy businesses soar.

I was born in Chicago but moved to South Florida at the age of four, so I don’t think I can claim to be a true Chicagoan, but I still try.  My parents are from Honduras and Puerto Rico, so I am a fluent Spanish speaker, and an avid student of the French language. I am a musician at heart and have spent most of my life studying the violin, guitar and piano, so aside from helping you start-up your business, I may just throw in a free guitar lesson!
