Instructions: In 8-inch square dish, combine cookies and butter. Press into bottom and up sides of dish. Place in freezer for 15 minutes. Layer softened Peach Cobbler bars and 1 cup peaches over cookie crust. Spread whipped topping over peaches. Sprinkle pistachios over topping. Freeze 2 hours or until firm. Garnish with remaining peaches.
