Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375’ and grease a 13 X 9 inch baking pan. In a medium bowl combine sugar, cornstarch, strawberries, pineapple and juice and melted butter. Transfer to baking dish. In another bowl mix remaining ingredients to form a soft dough. Spoon over fruit and top with coconut. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until fruit is bubby and topping is golden. Makes 8 servings.
