Calypso Caribbean Coleslaw

1 bag( 10 ounces) angel hair coleslaw
1 large carrot, grated
1 large mango, peeled and thinly sliced
1 green onion, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1/3 cup Be Happy and HealthyŽ Snacks- Calypso Cashews
1/3 cup Be Happy and HealthyŽ Snacks- Jamaican-Me-Crazy Cranberry Mix
1/4 cup snipped cilantro

Dressing
1 FruitfullŽ Banana Cream Bar, softened
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp canola oil
1/4 tsp ground allspice
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
garnish- toasted coconut (optional)

Instructions: Place the ingredients for the slaw in a large mixing bowl. In a small bowl whisk the ingredients for the dressing together till well blended. Toss with the slaw mixture to evenly coat. Garnish if desired. Serves 6.
