Chocolate Raspberry French Toast


1 egg
1 Fruitfull® Raspberry Cream Bar, stick removed, softened
4 slices Be Happy & Healthy® Chocolate Bread
1/4 cup butter, softened
Powdered sugar for garnish
Fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions: 

Beat egg, add cream bar and combine well.  Dip bread into egg mixture.  Melt butter in frying pan.  Fry bread slices, turning once.
Sift powdered sugar on top and garnish with raspberries.
