Instructions:  Remove sticks and place Fruitfull® pineapple bars and Fruitfull® coconut cream bars in a food processor. Add coconut milk, pineapple juice and white rum. Mix until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Place a pineapple chunk on the side of the glass. Sprinkle the drink with toasted coconut. Serves 4-8.
