Instructions:
Melt Fruitfull®coconut
bar and set off to side in shallow bowl. Put
flour in a separate shallow bowl and set off to side.
Beat egg in another bowl and set off to
side. Devein, butterfly and clean
shrimp. Dredge
shrimp in flour, then roll in beaten egg and roll once again
this time in melted Fruitfull®
coconut bar. Melt butter in frying
pan and sauté shrimp until golden brown.
At this time add the left over
Fruitfull® coconut
bar and simmer until warmed.. Serve hot and ENJOY!!!
